Hoorraaayy!! Am back!!
It's been centuries since my last post. Ohhh my gad... that's been four months!!! The last time I blogged here was back in January when I bought a new hosting which I haven't really used for some time. Geeeezz what a four months of waste. Oh well, time goes on so fast. And regrets are killing me right now. Ooopss wait a sec.. tut... tut... tut.. regrets gone!!! Now I'm back to normal, it's time to list the things I've been so far.
Student life officially buried
I finished my four year course in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology way back March this year. It was really a pleasure for me that I finished my student life in an elegant and proud way. Struggled myself on our thesis project as a team leader, finalizing the documentation, and also the added etc requirements, of course thanks to my team mates. To me, this was one of my greatest achievements. I can't imagine that I've been very patient for four years of going to school. Hurray to me and to other graduates!
Jobless, but working
When all the parties from our graduation all ended, my happiness went to abroad and never came back. I was really saddened that I haven't landed a job on all the companies that I applied to. It was like stones of earth crashing right on top me. Well we can't really escape reality so I just continued working on some of the opportunities I got. These opportunities got me working up until now and I just realized that I'm already doing some Freelance.
I started working with Joomla by converting PSD comps to a fully pledge theme. It was really a headache for a newbie to work with Joomla. It is a great CMS but for a newbie that no person can rely to, it was fantastic (Yeah, I almost died at that time)!! Days passed on learning Joomla by reading the Joomla Documentation and the Joomla book (my brother bought last time). As the clock keeps on swinging, Joomla became much easier and much more powerful. I was really thankful on learning this kind of CMS. Learning other CMS will still be very interesting for me. Next stop, Drupal.

In medieval times when knights roamed the land and fighting was done on horseback with a long pole known as a lance, the mercenaries of the time were referred to as ‘free lances’. Today freelancing typically refers to writers, designers, programmers and so on. Freelancers are people who offer their services to employers without a long term commitment to them. They often charge by the hour, day or job and are essentially one person businesses. Read more A Comprehensive Guide to Starting Your Freelance CareerMore than a month passed of doing work, I didn't noticed that I was enjoying on what I do. Projects popping here and there, it was like working with some design here, then programming there. It's a jungle of projects that I needed to finish before the deadlines will kill me. It was fun! Really! Of course the pay is great, but what's important is that I'm enjoying on what I do and not lock up myself working whole day just because of money. It's about experience for me dude! Joomla! FTW! What's more interesting in what I do is I get to learn new things in no time. Way back when I was a student, I'm stuck at using Wordpress for everything. I'm not saying that Wordpress is a bad content management system, but there are just some extensive features other CMSs can offer. So as to say, like Drupal and my current love, Joomla baby!

Btw, I'll be asking my higher ups if I can show the sites I'm currently working on. :D
Blender workshop to the rescue I'm currently doing some learning modules for a Blender workshop. This workshop will probably be possible with the help of DabaweGNU, Inc. Right now, I'm finalizing the logo and details of the workshop. I'm expecting that this'll be an exciting and mind blowing workshop for people who wants to delve their selves in Blender 3d. What's more? I got so many plans in mind. I just can't bump them all out. One major thing is to update this blog often and make a major revision of this sites theme or maybe it's structure. I'm already thinking of making this as MY personal graphics blog because I'm just the one updating this site (hehehe). That's it for now. I'm glad I had this day vacant just for revisiting my sites. Hurray!! If your hungry for my updates, please stay tuned at my feeds.
